* Air Fryer Cooking Time: 12-14 min* What’s in it: - mahi-mahi filet (0 points) - 1 of each, diced: red onion, fresh jalapeño, mango, tomato (0 points) - juice of one lime (0 points) - Chipotle in adobo (1 points) - 1C fat free Greek yogurt (0 points) - Tajin chili lime seasoning (0 points) - 3 corn tortillas (4 points) - fresh cilantro and purple cabbage for garnish (0 points) How to make it happen: - Preheat air fryer at 350
- Season mahi with a generous amount of Tajin seasoning. spray air fryer basket with cooking spray, add fish and cook for 12-14 min
- Mango Pico: add diced onion, tomatoes, mango, jalapeño, and cilantro to a bowl and squeeze 1/2 of the lime juice over top. Add a little Tajin, mix and set aside
- Chipotle Crema: 1C ff Greek yogurt, 2 chipotle peppers (chopped fine) 2TBS chipotle adobo sauce, squeeze the other 1/2 of the lime and mix well
- Heat a small frying pan and add corn tortillas, heat thru
- Remove mahi from air fryer and it’s time to build your tacos - top with pico, crema, fresh cilantro and cabbage Side note: leave the taco shells out and you’ve got yourself a ZERO POINT MEAL!
