White Castle Sliders for 5 Points Each

* Prep Time: 10 min

* Cook Time: 30 min

* Oven Temp: 350 degrees

What's in it:

- 1LB 96% Ground Beef: 10 points

- 1 Packet Onion Soup Mix: 3 points

- 1 TBS PB2 mixed with 1 tbs of water (yes, I am serious): 1 point

- 1/4C Fat Free half & half: 2 points

- 1/2 red or sweet onion, diced small: 0 points

- 4 slices of 2% kraft singles American cheese: 8 points

- 12 Hawaiian rolls: 3 points each

- Parchment paper

How to make it happen:

- Preheat oven to 350

- In large mixing bowl add ground beef, onion soup mix, PB2, fat free half & half and mix well (don't be scared, use your hands and really get in there)

- Line baking sheet with parchment paper and add mixture to the pan pressing into a large square. Meat should be about an inch thick

- Bake for 10 min

- While the meat is in the oven, finely dice your onion

- Remove the meat after 10 min and sprinkle the onions around the outside of perimeter and put back in the oven for 15 min

- Pull it out of the oven and move the onions from around the meat to the top of it, evenly dispersing them. Place cheese on top baking for an additional 5 min (or until cheese is melted)

- Serve on Hawaiian slider rolls and you've got yourself a low point White Castle slider knockoff! (5 points a slider with bun and cheese included)

Side Note:

I used a pizza cutter once the meat was cooked to cut into 12 slider sized squares and served along with my zero point cowboy caviar. I had two sliders for 10 points, however if you skip the bun and use lettuce instead they would only be 2 points each!
