What’s in it: -1C fat free Greek yogurt (0 points) -1C self rising flour (12 points) -1tbs each: garlic salt, dried onions, parsley (0 points) -1 egg (0 points) -spray oil (0 points) . How to make it happen: -pre-heat air fryer to 330 degrees -mix 1C self rising flour, 1C fat free Greek yogurt, dried onion and garlic salt -sprinkle counter and hands with a little flour and knead dough -divide dough into 12 portions, roll each portion into long tube shape -make a “knot” with each portion of dough and put into pre-heated, lightly spritzed basket -brush each knot with egg wash and pop in the air fryer for 10 min -flip knots after 10 min and cook for an addition 2 min -remove from basket and mist with spray butter and top with additional garlic salt and parsley *makes 12 knots, 1 point each* Side note: feel free to add a little parmesan to the dough or tops of knots will add an extra point but will totally be worth it!
