What’s in it: - 1 cup self rising flour (12 points) - 1cup FF Greek yogurt (0 points) - 16 turkey pepperoni's (2 points) - any veggies you want - I went with onions, mushrooms, and green pepper (0 points) - 1/4 cup low fat mozzarella (2 points) - 1/4 cup Pizza sauce, I used Safeway Select (1 point for 1/4 cup) . How to make it happen: - combine flour and FF Greek yogurt to make dough - sprinkle counter and hands with flour and roll the dough out, cut into 4 square pieces - fill two with desired toppings - flip the unfilled squares on top of the filled ones and pinch edges together to seal in the greatness! -spray with oil and place in air fryer for 7-10 min at 390 degrees and BAM you have homemade calzones! Side note: I would recommend putting the sauce on the side. Sauce + air fryer can be a hot mess! Also, check your calzones at the 7 min mark and give them a flip leaving them in for another minute or two based on how done you like your dough
