What’s in the bagels: -1C fat free Greek yogurt (0 points) -1C self rising flour (12 points) -dried onions, garlic salt (0 points) -cooking spray (0 points)
How to make them happen: -mix flour, Greek yogurt, dried onions, and garlic salt to make the dough -lightly coat your hands and a cutting board with a sprinkle of flour and roll dough with hands into a large ball -cut dough into 1/4 and form each portion into a bagel shape -spray air fryer basket with cooking spray and place bagels into the basket and brush with egg wash (optional) -set the temp to 330 for 10 min, flipping after 8
**Side note: after they cool store them in the fridge and when you’re ready for a great breakfast sando, pop the bagel in the toaster and they’ll be as fresh as the day they popped out to the air fryer! I added two eggs and 1 piece of 2% Kraft deluxe cheese to make this 5SP total**
